Pilates strengthens my muscles, without bulking them. With Pilates my mind is very much in tune with my body. Natasha knows my limitations, but always makes my sessions challenging.

I was a 58 year old ‘couch potato’ when I started Pilates with Natasha in December 2009.  Natasha’s expertise, personal attention, and great humor inspire and motivate me to get fit, lose weight, and strengthen my “inner core”. I love the individual sessions with Natasha on the Pilates reformer. It’s challenging work, but never boring, and each week I notice improvement in my strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.

I have been training with Natasha for several years now. She has helped me to develop and maintain a body that is strong and flexible. As a ballroom dancer and substitute school teacher, it is important to me to feel fit and healthy. I have been working with Natasha Castellano for less than a year but during that time I’ve made huge strides in my fitness program and I have lost nearly ten pounds without dieting. Natasha has tailored my workouts to my specific needs as a woman in her fifties with a chronic injury. She is a joy to work with. Natasha is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and she is a person who radiates a sense of well being that is contagious. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! 

Natasha is an excellent trainer who is very pleasant.  She doesn’t overwork me, leaving me in pain afterward, yet she works me hard, increasing my strength. When we started together, I had a lot of shoulder pain.  No more!  Because of her varied workouts, I feel stronger.

Training with Natasha helped me get into the best shape of my entire life. I look better at the age of 33 than I did in college and high school. Natasha does a great job of balancing being supportive and pushing you beyond your comfort level. I enjoy continuing to raise my fitness and intensity level by performing new exercise techniques monthly. I am never bored and I am constantly challenged by every training routine. I have had the pleasure of working with Natasha as my trainer and one of my spinning instructors for awhile now.
