Virtual live Pilates and Spin group classes are now offered to provide you with even more ways to challenge your body and mind.

Magic Circle Class

Tuesdays 8:00am - 8:45am ET

The Magic Circle is one of the original tools Joseph Pilates created to strengthen the Powerhouse, arms, legs and glutes. This Mat class is a complete workout that will challenge your entire body.

Pilates Mat Class

Thursdays 12:30pm - 1:15pm ET

The original Matwork was developed by Joseph Pilates circa 1914. His method “Contrology” is a series of exercises designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
This is a challenging multi-level class that focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.

Spin Class

Saturdays 8:00am - 8:45am ET

The Spinning (indoor cycling) program was developed by endurance bicycle racer Johnny Goldberg in the mid-1980s. It focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity training (race days), and recovery.

Be ready to have fun while you burn calories, improve strength, and increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

2.- After you sign-up, you will receive an access link 60 minutes before class.

3.- If you can’t attend a class, you will receive a link to the class recording via email so you can still participate in the workout. The link will be valid for 7 days. It is not downloadable and can’t be shared; it is just for your personal use.
