Virtual live Pilates and Spin group classes are now offered to provide you with even more ways to challenge your body and mind.
Pilates Mat Class
The original Matwork was developed by Joseph Pilates circa 1914. His method “Contrology” is a series of exercises designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
This is a challenging multi-level class that focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.
How to Join?

2.- After you sign-up, you will receive an access link 60 minutes before class.
3.- If you can’t attend a class, you will receive a link to the class recording via email so you can still participate in the workout. The link will be valid for 7 days. It is not downloadable and can’t be shared; it is just for your personal use.
