In addition, the psychological benefit of spending an hour weekly with Natasha Castellano of Kallpa Fitness was an unexpected (but now just as important) bonus. She is one of the most dedicated and inspirational women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

I have been with Kallpa Fitness, using Pilate’s machines with Natasha, for more than 10 years. Natasha is one of the most educated and knowledgeable Pilates instructors in the tri-state area. Natasha is a wonderful and compassionate trainer! She worked with my mother after brain surgery, radiation and chemo. I have been fortunate to work with Natasha as a Pilates trainer for over ten years. I have watched my health improve tremendously as a result of her guidance.
